July found the Zen Shootists returning to defend our fine town of Scorpion Gulch. A big thank you to all who came out on the work day and helped put the town back together after the floods!!

36 shooters arrived on a nice summer day (dry) to shoot some fun stages written by Marshall Morris. We welcomed 4 new shooters. Klu SASS #81473 from Polk City who was sporting a fine rig made by Cap Horn. Horseshoe Hugh SASS #80957 from Grinnell whom also came out to help on the work day. Way to Cowboy up Horseshoe. We also welcomed a brother/sister team of Flint Hills SASS #81495 from Des Moines and her brother Keokuk SASS #81490 from Kansas City. Welcome to all!!
